This program helps you regulate your nervous system, increase your resilience to stress, enhance mental and physical performance, manage the mind and find the clarity to effectively respond to stressful situations.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

PART ONE

Introduction to Pranayama Breathwork

During this guided experience you will be encouraged to focus on your breath, controlling it through specific counts and patterns. Our pranayama practice will end with a grounding tapping exercise.

PART TWO

Nervous System Toning

Participate in a physical yoga practice woven together with a mantra designed to help you release stress and tension from not just your muscles but your nervous system, allowing you to access deeper rest.

PART THREE

Breathing For Managing Daily Stress 

Experience a journey through a guided meditation inspired by yoga nidra to help you integrate the power of your rest practice into your being and life. You will feel empowered by how your physical rest permeates your entire being. 

Healing is a process. It takes time, commitment, and loads of self-compassion.
 

There is only so far you can go on your own. True healing happens in relationship when you allow yourself to be fully seen and heard.

You are not defined by your anxiety or trauma responses. You are more than capable of transformation. 

You deserve to be held and supported on this journey. You are worth it.
