Sacred Movement & Cacao Ritual for Emotional Release
Join us for an intimate 3-hour ceremony weaving ancient and modern practices to help you move through emotional stagnancy with grace. Through conscious connected breathwork, sacred cacao, movement medicine, and deep rest, we create a container for whatever needs to surface and transform.
