HeartSpace Cacao Ceremony: Drop In To Get Through
Mindful Movement & Cacao Ceremony
Join us for a 3-hour ceremony weaving ancient and modern practices to help you navigate emotional processing through empowering practices. We’ll explore conscious connected breathwork, heart expanding cacao, mindful movement, and deep rest, we create a container for whatever needs to surface.
