  • Positive reasons to be in the SNS, why we need to build a relationship with this state

About Flo

Flo qualified as a multi-style yoga instructor in the foothills of the Himalayas, Dharamshala, India. 6 months later, whilst living and teaching yoga in Sri Lanka, she then completed an advanced teacher training focusing on yoga therapy in Chennai. Flo returned to the UK to teach many styles of yoga in Brighton, where she developed and first taught Yoga for Gut Health & Healing workshops and private gut health yoga focused sessions.

After a decade caring for people in clinical settings, studying global paradigms of health at university, and many years of personal struggles with digestive dis-ease, Flo found Yoga as a practice, and as a way of life, to be the most fulfilling path of hope and healing.

As a teacher with a therapeutic orientation, Flo’s dream is to help others find their medicine with the holistic techniques and technologies that have healed her. Through her teachings, she endeavours to assist in each individual person’s journey to find what they need from yoga, and help them use their yoga practice to flow more smoothly with the worlds within, and around them.


About Jeannette

Jeannette is a certified Yoga, Mediation, and Pranayama/Breathwork facilitator. She is a professional Mindfulness Coach who is experienced in helping people liberate themselves from the limitations of their minds through various ancient philosophies, trauma-informed education, and neuroscience. She is firmly rooted in her ancestral wisdom and is passionate about guiding others into their spirituality and inner knowing. Jeannette comes from a background in Biology and loves teaching about the intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom.
