Welcome to our offerings page where you can find the right class for your Trauma Healing journey.

 

This journey looks different for everyone that's why we've created a wide variety of classes for you to choose from. Explore movement, breath, meditation or mindfulness practices; either one-time sessions or extended courses whether you like to practice in a group or one to one, we've got just the one for you.

ELY offers yoga styles like Vinyasa, Power, Slow Flow, Vin to Yin, and Yin. ELY also pride it self on our bespoke guided meditation and breath work sessions. Or maybe you're not ready for all of that. We also offer mindfulness course where you can learn tools to enhance your relationships, navigate your daily struggles and heal your traumas.

Are you ready to get truly deep in your Self healing journey? ELY's one to one sessions that are tailor made just for your needs. Jeannette works closely with you to build the right program for your healing and embodiment needs at your pace.

Group Sessions

Yoga Pose
Vinyasa Flow (60 minute sessions)  $15
{Sliding Scale Pricing Available}

Group classes are constructed from a set of creatively arranged postures. Bring into alignment your breath and movements, all while breaking a healthy sweat. Awaken and rejuvenate your body with this invigorating vinyasa flow. Focus varies from class to class but will include a combination of strength, flexibility, balance and concentration throughout the flow, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalized.

Group Sessions are currently being held live via Zoom.

Tuesday Evenings: 7:00 - 8:00

Saturday Mornings: 9:30 - 10:30

Shavasana
Yin Restorative Flow ( 60 minute Session)  $15 {Sliding Scale Pricing Available}

Yin yoga is a practice that takes you through stretches and targets deep connective muscle and fascia tissue throughout the body. The practice involves slow movement through poses that you will stay in for extended periods. With these movements we will aim to increase flexibility and blood circulation to joints and bones.

Release and unwind your body and mind as you mindfully move through this flow.

Thursday Evenings: 7:00 - 8:00

Sunday Evenings: 5:30 - 6:30

Meditation Class
Meditation (30 Minute Session)  $5 {Sliding Scale Pricing Available}

Group classes connect you to your internal space through various techniques of meditation. Starting each class with a short breathing practice to prepare you for a deep meditative state. Leaving you feeling bliss and peace. Various styles of meditation will be practiced so the practitioner may find a style they most resonate with most.

 

If you suffer from some degree of stress, anxiety or a busy mind, you may benefit from this practice. You can expect to gain tools of mindfulness, relaxation, focus and peace.

Private Sessions

Zen
Pranayama (30 Minute sessions)  {$30}

This one-on-one sessions is tailored to your specific needs, whether you need to reduce stress and anxiety or your looking to improve your mental focus and alertness. We explore various breathing techniques with the opportunity to find the style that best suits you. The different styles of breathing will help connect our yin and yang bodies. It can be expected to increase energy levels, mood, focus and relaxation throughout the body and mind. 

If you find yourself feeling high levels of anxiety and stress or simply seeking mental clarity,  this practice can help you to manage and improve these states. 

Sessions are available in person or via live Zoom video. Please specify at registration.

Meditation
Meditation ( 30 Minute Session)  {$30}

This one-on-one session is a guided meditation where we ground down and find stillness through the fluctuations of the mind. Together we work through numerous meditation techniques to find the one, or a few, that transcend you to a peaceful state of mind. 

This practice is great if you experience stress, anxiety and emotional imbalances. All levels are encouraged to join. Together, we work to deeping and straighten a habitual practice that helps you find that sweet relaxing state of self.

Downward Facing Dog
Yoga Flow (60 Minute Session)  {$40}

Enhance your practice with this one-on-one session. It is intuitively crafted to suit your unique body and energy needs. We work together to create a habitual practice that helps you reach your strength, flexibility and balance goals. As we connect breath to movements we rejuvenate and revitalize our state of being.
 
This session is great for all levels and anyone looking for personalized attention. We will actively work at advancing your practice as we learn how to take what we learn on our mats to our daily life.
