Monthly Community Meditations
Every Second Monday of the Month!

Are you looking for a way to incorporate more mindfulness practices into your life? These monthly community meditations are a way to start a meditation practice while connecting to other meditators worldwide. The sessions feature a variety of mindfulness, visualization, loving-kindness, and wisdom meditations.

During the meditation, you will be guided through 15 minutes of grounding breath work, followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.
​
No prior meditation experience is required. Also suitable for those who are trying to establish a regular practice within a supportive environment.

If you choose to connect further as a community, we have a Facebook group dedicated to sharing and connecting through our lived experiences as women working to heal. We will cultivate a warm awareness of our experiences and go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and flourish as a community by providing each other with support and resources.
