Welcome to the Embody Rest Workshop

The weekend can be the perfect time to incorporate a longer comprehensive rest practice. Maybe you get to sleep in a little bit longer or maybe you turn to your yoga practice to help you release stress and tension. After breathing, tapping, moving your body with your breath, and meditating, you are FINALLY able to let go of the last week. 

After suffering the symptoms of burnout and hustle culture for decades, Jeannette and Dani did not know how to rest. Individually they embarked on a journey to learn how to soothe the tiredness in their souls. Together Dani and Jeannette have created a space to show you the power of rest when it becomes a non-negotiable.

PART ONE

PRANAYAMA & TAPPING

During this guided experience you will be encouraged to focus on your breath, controlling it through specific counts and patterns. Our pranayama practice will end with a grounding tapping exercise.

PART TWO

ASANA & MANTRA

Participate in a physical yoga practice woven together with a mantra designed to help you release stress and tension from not just your muscles but your nervous system, allowing you to access deeper rest.

PART THREE

MEDITATION & INTEGRATION

Experience a journey through a guided meditation inspired by yoga nidra to help you integrate the power of your rest practice into your being and life. You will feel empowered by how your physical rest permeates your entire being.
