Through self-reflection, journaling, and discussions, we will explore concepts like the importance of incremental progress, and the necessity of present choices in fostering empowerment. We will touch on astrological means behind the planetary alignment of this full moon to uncover underlying themes that may be present in our life.
During The Event We Will:
Explore the blockages that keep us from feeling empowered.
Use tools such as breath work to help move through and release any blockages.
Embrace somatic movement to relieve the feeling of being stuck.
