Workshop Outline:

  • Grounding Exercise - 15 minutes
  • Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony and Reflection/Intention Setting Session - 30 minutes
  • A lecture on The Yogic Kleshas, obstacles or afflictions in the path of yoga -  30 minutes
  • 15 Minute Tea and Snack Break
  • Mandala Flow and Breathe Practice - 1.5 hours
  • Neurographic Art - 30 minutes
  • Closing Practice - 15 minutes

Time: 9 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: Jing Institute of Massage and Complementary Medicine

Investment: £50 & £40 for Concessions and Jing Students

How to Prepare: This workshop is open to all levels, you do not need to have prior knowledge or a yoga practice to participate. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a notebook. All that is required is an open mind and the ability to participate in breathing and movements exercises to the best of your ability. Tea and other materials will be provided.

About Jeannette

Jeannette is a certified Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama/Breathwork facilitator. She is a professional Empowerment Coach who is experienced in helping people liberate themselves from the stress or everyday life and the stories of the past that hold them back from achieving their goals. She works with various ancient philosophies, trauma-informed education, and neuroscience. Jeannette is rooted in her ancestral wisdom and is passionate about guiding others into their spirituality and inner knowing. Jeannette comes from a background in Biology and a Degree in Environmental Science. She is passionate about teaching at the intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom to bring her students comprehensive and practical tools for living well.
