Join Chloe & Jeannette beneath the Hunter's Moon on October 23rd for an immersive evening of breath, movement, embodiment, and connection.
The Hunter's Moon calls for Winter preparation after the harvest. It carries symbolism of an inner warrior energy helping us release and shed what no longer serves us. Moving with that energy: This session invites us to explore what we want to take with us through the winter. Illuminating the parts of our lives that challenge us towards growth but also nourish and support us to live in these turbulent times.
We will begin sitting with Mugwort tea to help connect and open our intuitive awareness and dreamwork. Taking a moment to arrive, connect with the energy of the season, and set an intention for our journey.
From there, exploring ourselves through deep mirror work and self-inquiry. Followed by a grounding somatic practice,…
