Are you ready to tap into the power of your breath and take control of your mental and emotional well-being? I'm here to guide you on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

If you've been struggling with anxiety, stress, difficulty concentrating, or managing emotions, know that you're not alone.  Many of us face these challenges in our daily lives, but there is a holistic solution that can help. Together, we can build a daily habit of conscious breathing that will transform your life from the inside out.

Introducing Alchemy of the Breath – a transformative workshop designed to help you access the power of your breath to regulate your nervous system, help increase your resilience, manage the mind and find the clarity to effectively respond to stressful situations.

During our time together, we'll explore the intersection of cutting-edge topics in neuroscience and the ancient practice of pranayama, or breathwork, learn about the physiology of stress and anixety, providing you with the tools you need to take control of your mental and emotional well-being and teach you how to create a breathwork practice that targets your individual needs. With consistent practice, you'll experience an enhanced ability to regulate your emotions, improve sleep quality and quantity, and increase focus. Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you.

No experience is necessary, simply bring an open mind and a desire to deepen your connection to yourself. I'll guide you through various breathing techniques, provide you with a workframe to start your journey with the breath and a community to lean on to keep you accountable.

How to Prepare: This workshop is open to all levels. All that is required is an open mind and the ability to participate in breathing exercises and gentle movements to the best of your ability. If you have any health concerns, please consult with your doctor before attending.

About Jeannette

Jeannette is a certified Yoga, Mediation, and Pranayama/Breathwork facilitator. She is a professional Mindfulness Coach who is experienced in helping people liberate themselves from the limitations of their minds through various ancient philosophies, trauma-informed education, and neuroscience. She is firmly rooted in her ancestral wisdom and is passionate about guiding others into their spirituality and inner knowing. Jeannette comes from a background in Biology and loves teaching about the intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom.
