Earth Day Charity Yoga - International Animal Rescue

This Earth Day Ethereal Lotus Yoga and iO Studio's has teamed up with International Animal Rescue.

This Earth Day, let's unite in gratitude for our planet and all she provides. By dedicating your yoga practice to our earth and donating to our charity event, you can help plant a tree in the Indonesian rainforest. Your donation will support the fight against climate change and empower women and marginalized communities with access to education, healthcare, and alternative livelihoods. Let's come together and create a sustainable and thriving planet.

This 60 minute journey will guide you to opening through the heart and grounding into the earth through slow flow asana, pranayama and meditation inviting you to connect to the devine nature that lives within you. Gift yourself some conscious time away from your busy day, restoring and revitalizing your mind & body. Come by and dedicate your intention and energy to our beautiful Pacha Mama.

*If you want to pay cash to save on booking fees please register anyways (registration required) and I will check in with you on the day of the event.
