In a world of chaos and ongoing pressures, attuning to inner peace and restoring balance is now more vital than ever. Are you prepared to start a transformative journey that will harmonise your mental, emotional, and physical health? Explore our empowering half-day retreat: Flow and Breathe: An Intimate Exploration Of Our Connection Between Breath, Movement and Nervous System.Â
Join Jeanette, a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher on a mission to empower individuals like you to take control of their health and embrace a vibrant, fulfilling life. In this comprehensive workshop, Jeannette dives deep into the intricate workings of the vagus nerve – the conductor of your body's symphony.
Imagine having the ability to regulate your breathing, improve digestion, and unlock a profound sense of connection and ease. Through the ancient wisdom of yoga, Jeannette will demystify the vagus nerve, unveiling its extraordinary influence on your overall well-being.
But this workshop is more than just knowledge. It's a transformative experience that equips you with the tools and strategies to manage and heal mental, physical, and emotional imbalances. You'll cultivate self-love, develop emotional intelligence, and establish a profound connection with yourself and others.
Jeannette focuses on providing guidance and support for practitioners who navigate the intricate dance between professional obligations and family commitments that modern life demands. In a society prioritising productivity and high performance, yoga and mindfulness practices are often conflated with self-optimization. However, Jeannette invites us to shift our perspective of mindfulness practices as a lens that reveals our raw and authentic life experience—teaching us how to become acquainted with discomfort as a reliable source of well-being and problem-solving.
Don't let stress, and anxiety hold you back from living your best life. This workshop is designed for anyone with a nervous system, but ideal for seasoned yoga practitioners and teachers looking to deepen their knowledge and is tailor-made for those seeking holistic practices to reclaim their mental, emotional, and physical health.
