Feeling stuck on a creation or project? Are you craving inspiration and connection to your biggest ideas? Then join us for a playful space where we will slow down, clear the mind, and get those creative juices flowing.
In this workshop, you will discover mindfulness tools to help you drop into mental states that enhance your ability to create from an intuitive and aligned place. You will learn breathing, movement, and drawing techniques to clear your mind and connect you to your own genius in preparation for generating new or developing existing ideas for your writing, content creation, or project work. You will learn how to overcome any creative block that may be tempting you to reach for ChatGPT.
