  • Why we want to be in a Parasympathetic State
  • Positive reasons to be in the SNS, why we need to build a relationship with this state
  • Closing Practice

How to Prepare: This workshop is open to all levels. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a notebook. All that is required is an open mind and the ability to participate in breathing exercises and gentle movements to the best of your ability. Tea will be provided.

About Jeannette

Jeannette is a certified Yoga, Mediation, and Pranayama/Breathwork facilitator. She is a professional Mindfulness Coach who is experienced in helping people liberate themselves from the limitations of their minds through various ancient philosophies, trauma-informed education, and neuroscience. She is firmly rooted in her ancestral wisdom and is passionate about guiding others into their spirituality and inner knowing. Jeannette comes from a background in Biology and loves teaching about the intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom.
